Re: remove from mailing list

What we _ought_ to do is to remind people that they should send
their unsubscribe notices to cyherpunks-request@toad.com, _not_
to the list address.  That way we wouldn't all have to be bothered
by reading these messages, and the list volume would be that much
lower!
