PGP 2.1 is released.  It's on soda.berkeley.edu, for your convenience,
in directory pub/cypherpunks.

The 2.1 release has the ability to sign a message as leave the message
in plaintext.  This should be used by all the pseudonyms in the group
to prove continuity of authorship.
