Has anyone checked to see if the Rabin-Miller Primalty
testing algorithm is included in PRZ's new release
of PGP 2.61?

I can tell you that no, Miller-Rabin is not in 2.6.1 -- 2.6.1 is just
a bugfix release of 2.6, and nothing more.
