The first (public) meeting will be Dec. 5-6 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel at
Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport [Highway 114 & Esters Boulevard], 4440 W. John
Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas. 

Alas, I won't be able to make it.  On-the-spot reports most welcome...
The committee is also asking for written submissions (35 copies!!).
