There are RC4 sourcecode in ftp.replay.com.
but, Is it  same RC4 developed RSADSI ?

The code interoperates with the RSADSI RC4, but the various RC4 sources
offered in the FTP lib were coded by individuals not affiliated with
RSADSI. 

So, same cipher mathematically speaking, but not the specific
copyrighted code RSADSI licenses to its customers.
